I've tried to think of all the questions you may have about the business and site. I also realize some of you may be familiar with glass fusing, and many of you are not. Here are some of the FAQs I get about the process and my shop.
Q: What do you make?
A: I make a of variety of fused glass items from pendants to ornaments to functional art for household entertaining and decor.
Q: How do you make them?
A: I use a process called fusing. Fusing involves heating the glass to very high temperatures in a kiln to melt it followed by careful cooling to minimize stress and impart some strength. Click here to see more information.
Q: How do I know when you have new items?
A: The best way is to sign-up for the newsletter. Those on the list get news and discounts first.

Q: How do I order?
A: Click Shop Now or visit the How to Order page for details. You can buy all items from this website by clicking Shop Now.
A: A very small number of items are also on Etsy. Email me to arrange local pickup for any Etsy items, and do not order on Etsy.
Q: What about shipping?
A: Shipping is determined at check-out. Most orders are $7.00 first class shipping, and larger items (bowls, dishes, etc.) are $15.00 - $25.00 depending on size.
Q: Can I pay using any credit card?
A: If you order through the website you can use most credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also email me directly to use PayPal or Venmo. In-person sales are by cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Venmo.
Q: How heavy is a glass pendant?
A: Pendants range in weight from less than half an ounce to just over one ounce. Earrings are about 1/10 of an ounce.
Q: Can you make something just for me?
A: If you have an idea of what you would like, contact me and we can explore your dreams.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Returns of items in original condition are accepted within two weeks of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
